Rebel HeArt Expo at Junction City on June 16th, 2023 from 4p-8p. The expo will be showcasing local
authors, artists, and businesses who belong to the LGBTQ+ community or are
community allies. The event will include performances by local artists, items for
sale from local businesses, raffle items, and hair services with all proceeds
benefiting Peoria Proud’s 2023 Pridefest. We would be honored if you would
consider being a part of our event! Setting up a space at the event for your
business, donating raffle items, and donating a percentage of sales the day or week
of the event or even all of Pride Month are different ways that you can be involved!
It is Peoria Proud’s mission to “encourage and support diversity and equality
throughout the Peoria Metropolitan Area. The coalition seeks to unify the
community as a whole, through advocacy, education, and social outreach.” That’s
exactly the type of community love and acceptance that we can get behind!
