We’ve all seen the photo of Michael Phelps death stare. It’s everywhere.
Michael Phelps and Chad le Clos claim it isn’t personal – but that death stare proves it is https://t.co/J6J430Bjv6pic.twitter.com/sCtrylXGfl

Michael Phelps death stare was before he raced Chad le Clos in semi final of the 200-meter butterfly. Last night was the finals and it gave us another priceless moment. Michael Phelps beat the silver medalist Masto Sakai of Japan by .04 of a second and the bronze medalist, Tamás Kenderesi, by .26 of a second. Leaving Chad le Clos off the medal stand. After finishing the race Phelps carefully watched the screen and when he was announced the winner he turned to Chad le Clos and pulled out the Dikembe Mutombo finger wag.
.@KDTrey5 and the rest of @usabasketball‘s celebration level = 💯https://t.co/BWGaUNiTHMhttps://t.co/Xt6wUrn5k7

This was the race that brought Phelps back to the Olympics for. Chad le Clos upset Phelps in the race 4 years ago and has be talking s*** ever since but he certainly didn’t put his money where his mouth is.
