I finally saw How To Be Single! You may be wondering why it took me so long if I’ve wanted to see it since it came out on Valentines Day. No I wasn’t in a relationship. It was because even though I consider myself an independent single woman I can’t bring myself to go to the movies alone. So on Friday I finally got all my friends to see it with me. The really fun part? They ALL brought their boyfriends so I watched How To Be Single with 6 couples. It sounds awful but it wasn’t. The movie was hysterically and perfectly executed, although I didn’t expect anything less from Rebel Wilson. The also movie kind of jabs at all the rom coms where the guy and the girl are will they won’t they and then they finally do. SPOILER ALLERT in the end Alice realizes all she needs is herself and I think that’s a really important message. Don’t get me wrong I love The Notebook as much as the next girl. But when my friends ask me if I want a boyfriend the answer is yes but what really matters is I don’t need another person because I know that I’ll be fine on my own. Check out the trailer below!
