Melissa McCarthy has been one of my favorites since I set back and watched timeless episodes of Gilmore Girls in college.  A girl  dragged me into the show and then I ended up liking it.

Regardless Melissa McCarthy has proven that she is funny to no end.  I always DVR her on SNL and am very anxious to see how well the new Ghosusters will goes.

Last night on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, we might have seen one of the best Lip Sync Battles to be on the show.  Jimmy starts slow with “Brand New Key.” An awkward song with an awkward performance from Fallon.  A bad way to start because McCarthy came ready.  She surprised the crowd with DMX, the best way to call out Fallon’s weak performace.  McCarthy encompassed all the aggression and attitude of DMX.

Fallon did step up his game with ZAYN’s “Pillow Talk” where he used a prop pillow perfectly.  Still not good enough to trump McCarthy as she truly came to win.  In what is the best use of props and stage for Lip Sync Battle on The Tonight Show, she put together a memorable performance for “Colors Of The Wind” from the Pocahontas soundtrack.
