Watching this little boy reminds me something I would have done as a child.  Doing random as stuff because it was amusing to me.  I’m not sure what he thought was going to happen after he dove into that dress.  I know what would have happened to me, instant spanking.  Considering the amount of cameras that were on recording or taking pictures, there would have been too much evidence for DCFS.
