Soooooo, I don’t know where to start off. This video was literally going crazy all over the Internet within the last 24 hours. Why? I really can’t answer that for you. Now, I personally see this video as Alpha Phi (a sorority) making a recruitment video to promote themselves and recruit new members. I PERSONALLY don’t see anything wrong with it, but everyone else does. Yeah, this may be a typical sorority video of girls frolicking through their house, hugging each other and blowing glitter, but why so much hate?

It’s a normal video that any girl has seen while they go through greek recruitment, but an author A.L. Bailey trashed the video, saying the video is “worse for woman than Donald Trump,”. Well, I don’t think I can think of anything worse for woman than Donald Trump besides Hitler. And weirdly enough, there are two A.L. Bailey’s who are authors, one of them who defended herself saying she didn’t write the article hating on the video. Not only does the author think this, but many people have been criticizing the video saying that it’s objectifying to woman, racially and aesthically homogenous, unempowering and a whole lot more. The whole situation got me really confused, because America is getting all of their panties in a bunch because of some sorority’s recruitment video. I really don’t see anything wrong with this. Talk to me when there’s a real problem going on in the world.
