Justin Bieber Posted His Cancellation Apology on Instagram

I’ll admit, I’m not the biggest Justin Bieber fan (as a person… his music is  though) but this post had me feelin’ for him!

He cancelled his last 14 tour dates with no statement from the Biebs himself… until yesterday!
