What was the last thing to startle you? Most of the time when we get freaked out by something it’s because we psych ourselves out. Ever thought you were the only person in a building, then bump into somebody, and almost die?
Kids walking nearby startle me, and now that I’ve got a son, I should probably work on that. Then again, he’s not even crawling yet. I’m 6’3, and not been around kids most my life. So, I’m not in the habit of looking underfoot, where children like to roam, and I feel like I’ve almost crushed so many kids.
This morning while walking the dog, I almost didn’t notice a guy passed out in the backseat of his car. (Assuming it’s his car) It’s almost scary how much we constantly don’t pay attention to our surroundings.

I was actually doing a Snapchat video (see it @noahonair) of my dog looking for somewhere to go, and nearly jumped out of my flip-flops once I saw this guy. Was mostly freaked because at first I thought I had discovered a body, but then the guy moved thankfully. That was a relief.
There was a bar nearby, so just going to guess he had a few too many, and decided to sleep it off. It was only 5am, and the bar hadn’t been closed that long. What was the last thing to give you a fright?
