So if you haven’t heard The Little Mermaid is coming back. This summer a celebrity cast will be performing the movie soundtrack live backed by a full orchestra as the film plays at the Hollywood Bowl amphitheater. Not excited yet? I can fix that. E online just announced the star-studded cast and I’m freaking out. Darren Criss, from Glee will be singing the part of Prince Eric and Sara Bareilles will be singing Ariel. Yeah not THAT exciting but they both have beautiful voice and it just gets better from here. John Stamos will be singing the part of Chef Louis. YUP. He’s gonna crush it. Tituss Burgess, AKA Tituss Amdromedon from the Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, will be singing the part of Sabastian. This is perfection. If you haven’t seen him go watch Kimmy Schmidt, you’ll thank me later. And I saved the best for last because REBEL WILSON will be singing the part of Ursula. I have no words. The performance is on June 4th and tickets go on sale Saturday, April 9th. I wish I had money. One a little taste of what the concert will be like? Check out the video below of Sarah Bareilles singing “Part Of Your World” at her concert in Vancouver during her 2013 tour.
