Yesterday was another day, and another pork burger at the Heart of Illinois Fair for me (ORyan)! The Commodities tent is amazingly delicious. I also grabbed an ear of corn PLUS another jalapeno lemonade at the “Fried What!” stand. If an oreo covered in cookie dough, and then deep fried sounds like it’s up your alley, then TONIGHT get out to the HOI Fair at Peoria’s Expo Gardens.
