The 30th Annual Komen Peoria Race for the Cure will take place beginning at 7 am at the Metro Centre (located at 4700 N University in Peoria). Pampered on the Prairie will take place at the Shoppes at Grand Prairie from 10 am – 2 pm featuring facepainting and balloon creations for the kids, a fashion show, a wine tasting with appetizers, live music, manicures and pampering vendors. Artist and Comic Expo will be held from 9 am – 5 pm on Saturday & Sunday at the at the Noble Center (located at 1125 W Lake Ave in Peoria). General admission is $10, kids aged 12 & under are $5 or get a 2-Day ACE pass for $15. On Sunday only, get one free kid's admission with each paid adult admission.
