Fight to the Finish isn't your typical 5k run. Participants will overcome crazy obstacles on difficult terrain for a good cause at Wildlife Prairie Park on Saturday, April 25.
Funds raised from the race will help the patients and families at Children’s Hospital of Illinois, who face their own hurdles every day. All the crawling through the mud and climbing over brick walls will support the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Congenital Heart.

Peoria's 92.3 will test out the course during a media challenge on Thursday, and you can try it yourself on Saturday.
